L1000/2 Series High-Speed Dual-Lane Carton Erecting Machine
The L1000/2 Series is a high-speed dual-lane carton erecting machine designed for fully automated, high-volume packaging lines. Capable of forming up to 400 cartons per minute, it efficiently processes paperboard (200-600gsm) and corrugated board, automating the setup of a wide range of box sizes. This series offers flexible production modes: the L1000/2-B model can run two different box styles simultaneously, while the servo-controlled (A/B) and mechanical (C) options provide tailored solutions for precision or economy, maximizing throughput and saving labor in your packaging operation.
Double Lanes The servo motor (optional configuration) can be placed inside the machine to save place. L1000/2-B is equipped with 3 servo motor by default, L1000/2-A can be equipped with 1 or 3 servo motor while L1000/2-C has no servo motor.
